.012 (.30mm) 13.2 Lb Bedra Blacspark H high performance EDM wire.

Blacspark EDM wire is not a traditional gamma phase product. Blacspark’s micro structure is combined with very small semiconductor particles evenly distributed and embedded into the surface. Due to this unique surface structure, more energy is transferred into the workpiece resulting in highly efficient energy transfer and increasing the material removal rate.

Settings: To increase cutting speed.
1. Agie Progress V/VP: VS900, increase “P” 1 or 2 notches
2. Charmilles X40/X40CC: Brass standard, lower “B” or increase “FF” 1 or 2 notches
3. Fanuc c400, c600: increase “on” or lower “off” 1 o2 2 notches
4. GFMS E350, P350, Cut2000: VS900, increase “P” 1 or 2 notches
5. Sodick AIN, AG, AD: increase “on” or lower “off” 1 o2 2 notches
6. Mitsubishi MV/FA: increase “E” 1 or 2 notches
7. Seibu M50A, M50B: increase “energy” 1 or 2 notches
8. Makino U3/U6: increase “EZ” 1 or 2 notches

Performance: up to 40% faster than brass and 20% faster than gamma EDM wire
