Bedra Blacspark H .008 (.20mm) 35 Lb. (Din200) spool size. CuZn37 with tensile strength of 850 MPa / 123,300 PSI. High performance EDM wire with increased cutting speeds up to 40% verse Brass and 20% verse Gamma EDM wire.

Blacspark Performance:

Blacspark EDM wire introduces blac technology (bedra lattice amplified coating). Blac combines a micro-structured surface with lattice embedded semiconducting materials. Each spark discharge is coupled into the workpiece more efficiently. A larger portion of energy is converted into spark erosion removal increasing material removal rate.

Settings: To increase cutting speed.

1. Charmilles X40/ X40CC: Brass standard, lower B or increase FF 1 or 2 notches
2. GFMS 350 and Cut series: Increase P 1 or 2 notches.
3. Fanuc CiBCiB: Increase ON or lower OFF 1 or two notches.
4. Sodick AIN, AG, AD: Increase ON or lower OFF 1 or 2 notches.
5. Mitsubishi MV, FA: Increase E 1 or 2 notches.
6. Makino U: Increase EZ 1 or 2 notches.
