Mann + Hummel H34 1390/4 KIT 1-2 um filter designed for Aluminum applications for Agie Cut, Mitsubishi, Makino, Fanuc, and Sodick wire EDM machines.

Mann + Hummel has designed a filter for Aluminum wire EDM applications. This is a double bellow 1-2 um filter with a proprietary nano fiber media.

Test Results:

Testing completed by MANN+HUMMEL on Makino and Mitsubishi wire EDM machines verse cellulose media filters. Cellulose filters used on the Mitsubishi EDM machine achieved a service life less than 100 hours. The Mann + Hummel nano fiber filter achieved a service life of 300 hours. Makino results were similar. Cellulose filter achieved a service life less than 100 hours while the nano fiber media achieved a service life of 250 hours.
